B&M is thrilled to have successfully completed the HVAC systems for a new ground-up elementary school in River Island, CA. Our team was tasked with installing 47 package units and Pelican system controls to ensure optimal temperature control and indoor air quality for the school’s students and faculty.

From start to finish, our experienced technicians worked closely with the Hale Constructions team to ensure that all systems were installed on time and within budget.

Additionally, we installed Pelican system controls to provide efficient control and monitoring of the HVAC systems. These advanced controls allow for remote monitoring, scheduling, and temperature adjustments, providing the school with optimal comfort while also maximizing energy efficiency.
